Getting ready for Christmas

The holidays are so much fun, and seeing it thought the eyes of your kids makes it even better.  Max is especially excited this year...

He loved helping decorate the tree and hang the stockings.  And he was SO excited when Colin hung the lights and set up the 8-ft blow-up snowman outside (yes, we are the Griswold's of our street).   And I just realized what a bad mommy I am - I didn't even take a picture of the tree or the decorations this year!  Note to self for next year...

Finn is still a little to young to care about Christmas, but he just likes to go along with whatever Max is doing...

Until, Max decided to go see Santa...

It was so sad, but also so cute :)  And although Max looks a little concerned, he was actually just concentrating really hard to remember what he wanted to ask Santa to bring him for Christmas - an Angry Bird pig, a "pop thing" (a toy that looks like a dog and you pop small foam balls out of its mouth) and a giraffe hat :)  He remembered everything.
