Splish Splash

Bath time! This is Max's favorite time of the day - I think he'd stay in the bath all day if we'd let him.

And this is Max's massage robe :) He gets a massage everyday after his bath, and our friends Phil and Sasha sent us this fantastic towel/robe. Max loves it and it's perfect for giving him a massage!

Tummy Time!

He usually lasts about a minute doing tummy time, but Max has been lifting his head since he was only a few days old...

I just can't believe how big he's getting!

Time is flying!

Max is already 6 weeks old! I can't believe it!! We weighed him and he is 11 pounds 5 ounces - growing into a little man already.

Picnic in the park

Last weekend Colin, Max and I went to the beach and had a picnic in the park. Well, Colin and I had a picnic, Max had a long nap :)

Second date

Max's girlfriend Emma came to visit us last week, and here's two pictures from their date. Unfortuantely, one of them was asleep at all times, so we didn't get too many good photos.

We had to wake Max for this one, but I think it's cute because it looks like he's winking at her :)

Visit from Nanny and Poppy

Max was very happy to have some visitors last week (which was good because it was Daddy's first full week back at work and Max missed him tons!).

Max hadn't seen Nanny and Poppy for awhile, so it was great to have them come and visit.This week we might even attempt to visit Daddy at work in Brisbane. We'll see... we haven't ventured too far from home on our own yet, so it will be an adventure!

I know these pictures are a little old, but I wanted to put them up anyway. Here is Max and Emma (our friends' Alex and Alan's baby). Emma is 2 1/2 weeks older than Max, and we took him to visit her in Brisbane 2 weekends ago.

By the end of the day, he was exhausted...

We were so lucky to have my mom here for Max's birth, and we all truly appreciate all of the help she gave us during his first few weeks. We can't wait to see her when we go to visit for Christmas!!!
