Christmas in Australia

Since we're leaving for the US in 2 days (YAY!), we've celebrated Christmas already with our friends and fmaily here in Australia. Here is me, Max and Hilary, a friend from work at our work Christmas party.

It was the first good use we got out of our pool - it was about 91 degrees that day!

Baby Shower

Yesterday Max got to go the the baby shower for his future friend, Bocky Jr. Susie is due February 6th, and we can't wait for Max to have another little mate :)

Jean came to the shower with us and Max meet his girlfriend Emma there :)

First trip to the beach

We finally got a chance to take Max to the beach. Althought he slept most of the time, he did wake up at the end (don't worry - he was shaded the entire time apart from taking this picture).
And then was all smiles when we got back to the car...
He loves the beach as much as we do!

2 months!

I LOVE this picture :) Max is really smiling, laughing and babbling lately, and it is just the best! We're going to be home in a week and I can't wait for you all to meet him!!

Christmas party

Max went to his first Christmas party on Saturday (he had no choice - it was at out house!), and he still has 2 more to go before we head back to the US next week. He's a bit of a party animal - he won't sleep where there's lots of people around, so he was up until about 12:30am this night!

Luckily his girlfriend was there to keep him company :)
