It's Time!!!

For pumpkins and scarecrows! :)  Fall is my favorite time of year and I'm trying very hard to make sure it's Max and Finn's too.  So, we visited Rock Creek Farms pumpkin patch on their opening day.  They weren't fully set up yet, but Max and Finn didn't notice... 

Max actually waited patiently while they inflated this enormous slide and was the first to go down it this year...  (Yes, that is my little boy, by himself, at the top of the giant slide.  I was holding my breath until I was sure he wasn't going to "jump" down it!).

Oh, how much braver they become in one short year. 

Finn had lots of fun learning what he'd be able to do next year :)

After the slide and jumping castles, we went to another of Max's favorite things - the hay bale maze...

And then it was off to the pumpkin patch...

And his adorable older brother who has learned to refuse looking at the camera...

And one of the best parts of the day - Daddy finding all of the hugest pumpkins to take home :)

 

He even had to cut some off himself :)

 

We can't wait to see what other pumpkin farms we'll visit this year! :)
