Back to the beach (Australia pics part 1)

We just went back to Australia for 2 1/2 weeks, and Max was delighted to be back! We spent as much time as possible at the beach and it seemed like Max had never left. This first picture isn't from the actual beach, but it's as close as you get to the beach in Brisbane. We spent several days in Brisbane both weeks because Colin had to work. So, Max and I kept busy with our friends Emma and Alex (on the left in the background), and they took us to this really cool water park in Brisbane. Max LOVED it!!! For the first 5 minutes, he just ran in circles laughing and dancing through all of the water fountains :)
But, as soon as we got close enough, we headed to the beach! Most of our trips to the beach were while we stayed with Colin's parents, which was great because Max got to hang out with his cousins at the beach (f0r the first time ever!).

I guess we'd better start finding out where the best beaches in the US are because I think that's where we'll be spending our family vacations!
